Caution: I am not a
"volume" law firm. This means that I do not take on every prospective client who contacts
me. Volume law firms, which some in the legal profession call "mills," focus on quantity, or
volume, of clients -- often taking on hundreds (even thousands) of tiny personal injury cases
-- and generate a small fee from each one (which adds up). This is how they cover their big
overhead expenses.
Most of these
small cases are handled primarily by non-lawyer assistants, and actually talking to your lawyer can
be a challenge. This is not how I practice, so if you want a "mill", then you'll have to look
elsewhere.
On the
other hand, if you want personal
