We are Not a "Volume"

We are not a "volume" law firm. This means that we do not take on every prospective
client who contacts us. Volume law firms, which some in the legal profession call "mills," focus on
quantity, or volume, of clients -- often taking on hundreds (even thousands) of small personal
injury cases -- and hoping to generate a small fee from each one (which can add up). This
is how they cover their big overhead expenses.
Most of these small cases are handled primarily by
