Unfortunately, federal courts have seemingly strained over recent years to find exceptions and loopholes in a rather clear FARA law, to find in favor of credit bureaus and dismiss consumer complaints.

Unfortunately, the result for consumers who have inaccurate credit report information is denial of credit, higher credit interest rates, denial of home equity loans, denial of mortgage financing, higher auto loan interest rates, and generally, financial instability. All because of a credit report error.
